Aloha amigos! Happy start to the week! I’ve been getting in the habit of the first thing I’m doing in the morning being to tell myself “today’s a magnificent day to be happy!” It’s really helped me to start each day more positively, and I 100% encourage this idea.
Today I was able to do a short arm workout, which felt fantastic. I also didn’t have much to do this evening, and I’m so glad. I’m ready for ab day tomorrow! I love getting to be active again and I feel like I’m getting back into the habit of exercising regularly again.
