Day #82 – Ending the weekend

Aloha! I hope today’s been wonderful for you as is has been for me!

Today has been the break I needed after the last several day’s. I was finally able to relax and have fun, something I’d been unable to do with all the stress of the past week or so. Plus, I got to work out today, which was fantastic!

My workout today consisted of about a 400 calorie HIIT leg day, plus some stretching/yoga and rowing. It felt so good to sweat and tire out my body… I had very much missed exercising the past few days, and I’m glad to be back in the swing of things.

I’m not thrilled about going back to normal life tomorrow, as I know I’ll likely have so much work tomorrow night and I really want to workout again. I’m going to do my best to knock whatever I have out and to do arms tomorrow!
