Day #212 – I feel awful

What a day.

I feel very sick and gross. You know that feeling you get when you have a really bad cold, like you just want to crawl in a hole to sleep and not feel the sickness you have? Yeah, that’s me right now.

Obviously I didn’t work out today. I haven’t felt like walking much, let alone exercising. No thanks.

I really, really hope I feel better tomorrow. Anyways, I hope you all have had a great day and that tomorrow is even better. Today is a magnificent day to be happy!

Day #211 – Eternal cold (almost)

Hello and happy Friday! I hope you’ve all had a fantastic day and have enjoyed today’s events.

I am still sick with a horrible cold. I’ve had it for about a week now, and it just keeps on going strong. Quite annoying… but of course it could be much worse, and I’m able to continue trucking along right now ๐Ÿ™‚

I haven’t worked out today, as I haven’t felt up to it. Hopefully by the beginning of next week I’ll be feeling well enough to exercise again! I’m ready to really get into my summer fitness transformation. I’m excited to begin getting really in shape soon!

Day #210 – Sick of sickness

Hi friends! I hope today has been lovely for you!

I’ve had a pretty good day today, although I’ve felt quite awful. I spent some time with my family and just relaxed, along with cleaning out and organizing all my shoes. I had a pretty productive day for being sick; I’m still not well at all, and I want to feel normal again soon.

Day #209 – My treatment: Laziness

Hello my lovelies! I hope you’ve had a happy day and enjoyed your time today.

I am still ill, and I’m so tired of it. I had a big event that was supposed to happen tomorrow, but because of this sickness, it had to be delayed. I’m ready to recover, so I’ve just been lazy and done nothing very active today in an effort to give my body time to heal. Hopefully by tomorrow I’ll be feeling better!

Day #208 – Sick, yet again

Aloha friends!

My day has been filled with absolutely nothing. In a wonderful, relaxing, chill way.

I’ve once again fallen ill with a bad cold, so I didn’t feel at all like working out or doing anything very active today. I hate being under the weather, as I want to do things and be productive but my body won’t let me. It’s annoying, but that’s why I’ve been resting so that I can recover faster.

Day #207 – Self-care time

Hello my lovelies and happy Monday! I hope that the beginning of this new week has been fabulous for you.

Today, I’ve made it a priority to take care of myself. I’ve done a few spa-like treatments, had an intense workout session, relaxed, and spent time with my family and doing hobbies that I love. It’s been amazing to just do nothing but happy tasks that make me feel cared for. Days like this need to be more common in everyday life!

Day #206 – Fatherโ€™s Day relaxation

Hello and happy Father’s Day to all those who celebrate it and are celebrated!

Today I’ve spent my time celebrating with my family and mainly relaxing. I’ve taken advantage of the downtime I had today to recover and relax from the business of the last couple weeks. It’s been nice to have nothing important to do!

I hope you’ve all had a great day today. I know Father’s Day can be difficult for many, so I hope that you have peace in this either fun or painful time. I’ll talk to y’all tomorrow. Today is a magnificent day to be happy!

Day #205 – Summer sunshine

Today has been a gorgeous day, and I’m happy that I got to spend many hours outside. The extremely hot and humid weather wasn’t the most enjoyable, but it was nice getting some Vitamin D. Thank goodness I had plenty of sunscreen and didn’t get burned! That would’ve not been very enjoyable.

Because of my event today, I walked several miles (mainly uphill) and in very hot weather. I was so tired and drained when I got home, therefore I decided to not work out even more. I am still worn out, as I got up extremely early this morning. I’m looking forward to a good night’s sleep tonight!

Day #204 – Stretching 24/7

Hello and happy Friday!

I sure am putting my yoga mat to good use in the past couple days. I feel like I’ve stretched in this time more than I have in the past couple weeks combined! It feels great, though. I love working on my flexibility and seeing improvement.

I took a rest day today, as I’m so sore from my past workouts this week and I’m feeling a bit under the weather as well. I felt like it would be more beneficial to instead rest and stretch out my tight muscles.

Day #203 – I love crunches… is that weird?

Aloha! I hope you’re all having a beautiful day.

Today I’ve mainly relaxed, along with having a great ab/core workout. It’s so nice to do some exercises and still feel strong. It’s really motivating to find something that I enjoy doing, and for some reason that is crunches for me! Kinda odd, but I’m glad I have at least found a way to make my ab day more fun.
