Day #123 – Pretty chill day

Hello my friends! I hope you have all had a fantastic start to your weekend.

Today’s been a great day for me. I spent this morning with a good friend of mine, and the rest of the day with my family. It’s been great to relax and not have to worry about anything major.

I didn’t work out today, but I definitely will tomorrow. I haven’t had much motivation lately, but with summer approaching faster every day, I really want to start exercising more regularly than I have been recently. I need to get to my summer body goals, starting now 😉

Day #122 – Movie time

Aloha and happy weekend!! We have officially survived this week. Thank goodness… I have been so tired of my typical workweek lately!

Today I went out with some friends to see a movie. It was amazing! I had a lot of fun hanging out with my friends. Because of this, I didn’t have time to work out today… but I should tomorrow. Most likely at least!

Day #121 – 5 years or 1 week

Hello my lovelies! I hope you’ve had a great day today. Only one more day til the weekend begins!

This week has felt extremely, extremely long. Like I’m talking several semesters long. I don’t know what the deal is… perhaps going back from break. It’s bad though 😂

I tried a new Zumba/dance/cardio workout today. Normally cardio isn’t my jam, but I really wasn’t feeling like lifting today. It was okay; nothing spectacular, but not horrible either.

I’ll talk to you all tomorrow, Friday evening! By that time it’ll be the weekend. We’re almost there!! Today’s a magnificent day to be happy!

Day #120 – One headache after another

Aloha! Happy Wednesday, friends. I hope you’ve had a lovely day!

Today has been not the best for me. A lot of stuff has been going on and I had a ton of unexpected stress out on me today. I also just finished my work I’d brought home about an hour ago, which means I’ve really done nothing but work, eat, and shower today. I’ve just been feeling very anxious today… plus, I woke up with a horrible headache. It went away later this morning, but now I have another even worse headache. I’m about to go to bed and I’m hoping it will go away then.

I didn’t workout tonight… I had to skip my Wednesday night plans because of how much stuff I do to do tonight. It was sad to miss that time with my friends, but you gotta do what you gotta do. Sadly 😦

I’m hoping tomorrow will be better than today, for all of us. I’ll talk to you then. Good evening! Remember that today’s a magnificent day to be happy, even if it’s hard!

Day #119 – Oddly sore

Hello my lovelies! Today’s been a magnificent day for me, as I hope it’s been for you.

The weather flip flopped several times today between cold and cloudy, warm and sunny, and overcast. It’s been a beautiful day outside though, as the wind felt lovely when walking into the sunshine this afternoon.

I didn’t workout today, mainly because I brought home some work and have been extremely sore today. My body has ached everywhere, and I’m so confused as to why; especially since I didn’t have the most intense of workouts yesterday.

Day #118 – Typical Monday

Hello my lovelies and happy new week! I hope today has started off the workweek great for you.

Today… the only accurate way I can think to describe today was how a typical Monday is. Filled with work, boring, stressful, and seemingly everlasting. I’m glad I’m past today, and the weekend is approaching sooner than it was last time I wrote here.

I tried to do abs today but failed in a way. I did still get a good burn going, though only for a few minutes. My shoulders have been so, so tired today from my workout yesterday… which therefore caused me to discover how much you use your shoulders in many ab moves :/ I also was very tired from such a long day this afternoon, and really had no energy to workout. I’m ping to try to do better tomorrow.

Speaking of tomorrow, I’ll be doing legs as long as my day goes as planned. There is the possibility that I may have a bunch to do tomorrow night, in which case I’d be unable to exercise… Hopefully that won’t happen, though!

Day #117 – End of Spring Break

Good evening friends! I hope your weekend has been amazing.

Today marked the end of my spring break, which I’m not extremely excited about. I’ve loved getting the last several days off to focus on my family, friends, and myself. The stress of the workweek seems overwhelming right now, and I’m hoping this week will be an easy transition back into my normal schedule.

I worked out my arms today, just as I’d planned on. Rather than focusing on forearms, I decided to spend more time on my shoulders than normal. For some reason, I haven’t lately been working out my shoulders as much as I once had. I need to get back in the habit of exercising them!

Day #116 – Back to normal

Aloha and happy weekend! I hope today’s been great for you and that this weekend is starting on a wonderful note. For me, today’s been happy yet bittersweet at the same time… my visiting family member’s left today, and I likely won’t see them again until summer. I’m sad that they are gone, but I’m so grateful that I got to spend my spring break with them.

I have been very sore throughout my entire body from my activity yesterday. I definitely got a pretty intense yet indirect workout while there! I didn’t exercise today, as I’ve just been kinda worn out from all the business of this week. Tomorrow I will do arms to start the week off right… but as of today, I felt that it would be more beneficial for me to rest.

As we start this weekend, my break is coming to an end. I’m so sad to go back to my daily, typical work and routine; I don’t feel mentally prepared for all the stress I’ll have to get back into. I’m hoping this week won’t be extremely busy and crazy!

Day #115 – Last day of break

Hello my lovelies! I hope y’all have had a great day today.

Today has been so much fun for me! My family and I spent time together throughout the entire day, a lot of that being at a really fun, active activity. I definitely got in my exercise for today… which was a good full body workout. Tomorrow they are leaving, and my break ends… I’m so sad about that! I’m not ready to get back to my normal schedule, mainly because of having less family time and exercise time. I’ve still got the weekend to enjoy, though, so I’m going to make the most of it.

Day #114 – Happy day

Aloha friends! Today’s been a wonderful day for me, as I hope it has been for you!

I’ve been spending more time with my family today, and it has been amazing. I love getting to see these people whom I don’t often have the chance to see, so I’ve been spending every possible second with them that I can. The weather today has also been beautiful; sunny, breezy, and warm! The perfect day to enjoy with family 🙂

I didn’t exercise any today, as I was busy all day. Tomorrow I will have a very active day, as an activity I will be participating in is quite the cardio-focused activity. It’ll also fill in for another leg day, plus a lot of core and abs. Basically an indirect, full body workout! That’ll be nice to have fun and get my body moving at the same time.
