Day #132 – 10 Mile Day

Aloha friends and happy Tuesday! I hope you’ve all had a great day!

Today, I’ve legitimately walked almost 10 miles. I walked a bunch during the day, took a long walk this afternoon, and had an event tonight that involved a lot of walking also. My legs hurt sooo badly right now, especially since I wore very non-supportive shoes for most of the day. I’m so tired and feeling a bit under the weather, but nothing major. I’m ready to get in bed and sleep!

Day #131 – On a Walking Roll

Aloha my lovelies! Today was the start of both a new week and a new month. I hope it went well for you!

Today has actually been a great day for me. I was able to spend a lot of time with family and friends, work out my abs, and go on an almost 3 mile walk this evening. It was ultimately an amazing day!

Tomorrow I’m hoping to have an even better day. I have plans in the evening, so I won’t be able to work out any; but I can still have a great day other than having a lack of typical exercise.

Day #130 – Lifting again

Aloha friends! I hope you all enjoyed your weekend and are ready to take on the new week!

Today I was extremely productive. By noon, I’d cleaned my room and bedroom, changed my sheets, worked out… I had a fantastic day!

My workout today was amazing and intense. I’m so sore already! I did arms, shoulders, and a bit of back, along with lots of flexibility. I’m gonna feel this tomorrow for sure 😉 hopefully, as long as I’m not loaded down with work, I’ll be able to do abs tomorrow! I love core day.

I hope you all have a lovely start to your week tomorrow. Remember that, even when you don’t want to get up early or be happy about it being Monday, that you are so blessed. You are so worth it. So tell someone how much they mean to you. Smile at yourself in the mirror. You are beautiful, you are strong, and you can accomplish whatever life throws at you. Day #130 – Good evening, world

Hello my lovelies! I hope you’ve all been enjoyed your weekend so far.

Today, as I’d expected, was a very stressful and not fun day. Starting this evening, I was able to enjoy the day though. I got to spend time with my family and play games… overall, this evening was much better than earlier in the day. I felt alive and invigorated this evening, getting to savor life instead of counting down the hours.

Today I was finally able to work out again! I chose to not do weight training; instead, I did over an hour of stretching/yoga and about an hour of dancing. It was amazing and felt so good to be able to move, get my heart rate up, and be active once again. I’ve also lately noticed that my flexibility has greatly increased; so many of my flexibility goals I’ve met recently! It’s so encouraging to see a difference in my body after working so hard on it.

Tomorrow I’m going to be around the house, getting chores done and doing a bit of work. I’m excited to enjoy the second half of my weekend more than the first.

Day #129 – Upcoming stress… and sleep

Aloha friends and happy weekend! Somehow we all survived another week! Yay…

Last night I ended up working til almost 2 am. It was not fun. I was falling asleep while finishing up a part of my project… but I got it done and was highly praised for my efforts, so I’m proud of myself for making it though last night.

Tonight I had a great time with my family seeing a movie and going out for dinner. I’m extremely exhausted, and about to go to bed and sleep. I need sleep, haha! I’m used to getting about 8 hours or so of sleep, but got about half that last night. I kept drifting off today… but I never fell completely asleep! I have a hunch I’m gonna sleep great tonight 😉

Well, I’m going to cut this off and go to sleep. Have a great rest of your evening and I’ll talk to you all tomorrow. (which by the way, I know my entry tomorrow if going to be less happy… I have a very stressful day coming up. Day #128 – Too much work, too little time

Hello my lovelies! We’re getting sooo close to the weekend. I desperately need it at this point!!

Tonight I’ve been working nonstop on work for hours. It’s not the most exciting task, but you gotta do what you gotta do. I definitely won’t be having any kind of workout tonight, although I did go for a 45 minute outdoor walk earlier this afternoon. The weather was too beautiful to not enjoy!

I have pre-existing plans for tomorrow night to where I can tell you now I can’t work out tomorrow (once again 😭). I really hope that by Saturday I’ll be able to get back on my normal schedule, fitness-wise.

Just remember that today is a magnificent day to be happy! I’ll see y’all tomorrow.

Day #127 – No time to work out

Aloha! Happy Wednesday! We’re now halfway through the week, getting even closer to the weekend!

Today I’ve been very busy once again, but was able to go to my regular Wednesday night plans. I had little extra time this evening though, and wasn’t able to exercise any extra today. I’m so sad I haven’t gotten to work out this week any… it’s disappointing when you want to do something but you have little time to do so.

Perhaps tomorrow I’ll be able to exercise. Hopefully! I’ll talk to y’all then. Have a great day! Today is a magnificent day to be happy!

Day #126 – Lots of work

Hello my lovelies! I hope you’re having a great week so far!

Today’s been a great day, although extremely busy. I brought home a ton of work to do, which sadly prevented me from working out. I wasn’t happy about that, but I couldn’t really help it. I know I have another very busy day tomorrow and won’t be able to work out then either… 😦

Day #125 – My back is crying

Hello my lovelies and happy Monday! I hope you’ve all had a great start to this week. I definitely have, which was great!

Today my back has been so sore. I’m a good way, like not like I’ve injured it or anything. But that back workout I did yesterday is killing me 😂 and what’s crazy is I can see a big change even though I only started doing it less than a month ago. I’m definitely going to do that often, with swimsuit season approaching!

I was planning on working out today, but something unexpected came up and I didn’t have the time to exercise. Hopefully tomorrow I’ll be able to do my arms!

Day #124 – Another week

Aloha my lovelies! Today marks the end of this weekend and the beginning of a new week. Let’s make it awesome… even if we really don’t want to go back to work tomorrow :,) I definitely don’t either.

Today I’ve spent most of the day at home, doing quiet activities and savoring my time to relax. A big storm came through this evening, and I sat outside with my family to enjoy part of it. Today, I would describe as being very peaceful. It’s been a lovely day, and I feel de-stressed and ready to take on the week.

I did exercise today! I did at one point this morning for about 20 minutes then had to do something else. I came back to my workout this afternoon and worked my legs and glutes pretty good, though only in another 20 minutes or so. I really need to apply myself more to my fitness goals, as I feel like I’ve been putting off working out more lately. I need to make the effort to do things I might not to do, but that are for my own wellbeing!

I’m not extremely excited about the workweek beginning, but I am happy to have the gift of another day to live my life. You can always, always, always find something positive in life, even when you’re having an awful day. Just remember that 🙂 Good luck for your Monday. Today’s a magnificent day to be happy!
