Aloha and happy Thursday! We’re so close to the weekend already. You’ve got this!
Today I’ve mainly focused on stretching and doing lots of yoga, in order to ease the soreness from yesterday. I also went for a 2.3 mile bike ride, which was a lovely way to warm up my muscles again. I love days like this… I can still mainly rest, but I feel like I’m at least being somewhat productive health-wise.
I’ve also been cooking today, which I quite enjoy doing. Overall I’ve had a great day, which I’m happy about! I hope your day has been just as good, if not even better than mine has 🙂
