Day #229 – My new happy place

Hello my beautiful friends! I hope that today has served you well.

I’ve worked out quite a lot today, some including HIIT, bike riding, and cardio. It’s amazing to feel the refreshing after effects of exercising once again.

I’ve figured out that I can use riding my bike as a bit of a mental escape. Listening to happy music and riding in the sunshine gives me a sense of peace and contentment that is unmatched by any other experience I’ve had. I don’t know what it is about something as simple as riding my bike, but it is more to me than just a warm up. It’s like a little vacation for my soul, where all I focus on is feeling my best.
