Day #228 – Normal exercise

Hello my lovelies! I hope you’ve all had a wonderful day.

Today I’ve finally reentered the realm of my usual exercise routine. Stretching, bike riding, weight lifting, and HIIT filled my day for the first time in nearly 2 weeks. It felt great to move my body and get my blood pumping! I hope to continue working out regularly now, since I seem to be feeling better every day.

I’ll see you tomorrow. Today is a magnificent day to be happy!
