Hello my lovelies! I hope that you’ve had a great Monday and have started your new week in a beautiful way.
Today I did some yoga, lots of stretching, and about a 2.5 mile long bike ride. I really enjoyed biking today; that’s always been an activity that I like to do, and I would love to make this a habit of mine.
It’s been quite fun to feel fit and happy today. I love feeling good about my level of activity! I find that it makes me feel so much more confident when I’m active.
