Aloha and oh, happy weekend! Somehow we made it and have survived until another break!
Today I have been going, going, going all day long, and I’m feeling the effects of that now. I’m feeling tired, but I completed a bedtime stretch and it felt wonderful. Somehow, I feel like my stretching made me more sleepy… is that a normal occurrence? π Maybe it’s just all the leftover stress of this week catching up to me.
