Aloha friends! Welcome to or back to my blog. I hope today’s been amazing for you!
Today marked the beginning of a pretty long break for me, in which I will have much more free time and the ability to relax. I’m so excited and relieved… the past couple weeks have been insanely stressful, and I’m so glad I have the opportunity to just do nothing for the next few days.
I also got in a fantastic workout today! I did about an hour and a half long leg and glute workout, mostly HIIT style. It was absolutely amazing. I wanted to give up several times throughout the workout, but I pushed through and made it as far as my body would let me. It felt great to exercise so much, as I hadn’t had such an intense workout in about a week.
Tomorrow I’ll plan on doing upper body. I’m ready to sleep, relax, and do nothing now; I feel like I’m on vacation mode! I hope you have a great rest of your day and remember that today is a magnificent day to be happy!
