Day #105 – Taking a sick day

Aloha friends and welcome to or back to my blog!

Today I woke up feeling really bad. I made the choice to take the day off to stay home and relax, which has helped me to feel progressively better throughout the day. I definitely didn’t workout, as I wasn’t feeling up to it at all.

Tomorrow I know that I won’t be able to exercise, as I have my typical plans in the evening. I’m hoping that I’ll feel much better then and be able to carry on as normal!
