Day #68 – Queasy workout

Hello! Welcome to or back to my blog. I hope you’ve all had a wonderful finale to your weekend!

Today’s been quite an enjoyable day. I relaxed for most of the morning before going out and running around for a bit. I didn’t get much done that was very productive, but hey… sometimes those are the best days. Although I’ve literally done I think 5 loads of laundry today; basically I ran out of pants as I hadn’t washed clothes in so long, so I had to get a ton of that done today.

My plan was to do a really good leg workout today to start of this week strong. I ended up only getting through about 30 minutes as I began to feel overheated and slightly nauseous in the middle of my workout. I probably could’ve done more, but I definitely didn’t need to get sick today, therefore I went ahead and stopped. It was disappointing to not be able to finish my workout, but I’m going to try to make it up tomorrow with another amazing arm day like last week’s.

I’m hoping tomorrow will not be extremely stressful… I feel like I’m not fully recovered from all of last week’s events, and I’m desperately hoping I don’t have much to do at home tomorrow evening.
