Hello and welcome to or back to my blog! I hope you’ve had an amazing day.
This morning started out on a great note by seeing one of my best friends and having breakfast together. We spent time together until about 2 pm (and had an absolute blast), which was fantastic. I got a lot of household chores done today also, in preparation for tomorrow being pretty busy.
I did a pretty good arm workout today, but I noticed a few things that were a bit discouraging. I tried going back to my old workout routine and weights (which are slightly heavier than the ones I’ve been using lately), and I wasn’t able to finish it. I was very disappointed, as I used to be able to complete that fully with my heavier dumbbells, and now I couldn’t get through half of it. I’m not quite sure why I couldn’t, as I’ve only been using the lighter weights for my more intense workouts lately rather than for easier ones. I didn’t feel very motivated to do much, but I completed as much as I could. It was sad seeing lost progress, but it also makes me want to work harder so I can get to where I was before.
