Hello! Welcome to or back to my blog. I hope today has been amazing for you!
Today was my last day of break, and I made the most of it for sure. I started out this morning right after I got up by doing two and a half hours of yoga. It was extremely refreshing!! I love yoga (I’ve been doing it for years), but I don’t normally have the time to do the intensity and length I enjoy. I stretched out everything so much, and I’ve never felt so invigorated after a yoga session. That was earlier this morning, and this afternoon I worked out my legs for about one and a half hours. I felt like stopping multiple times throughout the workout, but I resisted and kept going. I wanted to get in a fantastic workout before having much less time and getting back into my regular routine, and I feel like I totally accomplished that. I was already sore a few minutes after finishing, which I love the feeling of. It makes me feel like I really am making an effect on my body and strength!
Tomorrow, I’ll be starting the hard work of normal life again. I’m dreading it, but I’m also at the same time excited to see my friends. I know I’ll be busy tomorrow, which is going to be odd as I’ve been extremely lazy the past two and a half weeks. Christmas break has been great, and I’ve loved getting to spend so much time with my family. 2018 ended on a stupendous note, and I’m looking forward to continuing 2019 to be even better.
