Day #37 – Stuffed like a turkey

Happy Thursday! Welcome to or back to my blog. I hope today’s been great for you!

As I’m still out of town and staying with family, my typical workout schedule and eating habits are still being disturbed. Because of this, I feel like I’ve eaten 50 pounds of unhealthy, junky food and gotten no nutrients out of it. 😦 I honestly cannot help it though… the people I’m staying with are providing everything (for which I’m so great full, please don’t get me wrong), but they aren’t the healthiest of eaters.

It’s been so weird having to change aspects of my healthy lifestyle, and this has just reminded me how much I have begun to rely on and enjoy eating healthy and working out regularly. I didn’t have the time to exercise any today, and I missed it a lot.

Tomorrow I will hopefully have the opportunity to exercise some. I want to make the list of the finals days of 2018!
