Hello and good evening! Have y’all had a good weekend? I hope so!
Tomorrow is once again Monday… both a hopeful and dreadful day. But in preparation for the new week, I did a long leg workout that I’m sure I will be feeling tomorrow 😉
I did slightly over an hour of HIIT workouts focusing on glutes, hamstrings, thighs, and calves. It felt so good to really get a good burn going, something of which I haven’t had time to do lately. I was completely soaked with sweat afterwards (gross, I know), but considering I don’t typically sweat a lot during exercising, that’s awesome for me.
Tomorrow I’m hoping to have time to do my regular arm routine. Monday’s are usually the hardest day of the week, so I need a good workout to destress at the end of the day.
