Day #18 – Mini abs

Hello! 

Today I didn’t have much time to work with, so I did a few minutes of an and oblique work. It felt great and quite rejuvenating!

Tomorrow, being the last day of this weekend, I want to try and do a good leg workout. I haven’t done a very hard leg day in a while, and I really want to achieve that tomorrow. 

I hope you have had a great Saturday and that tomorrow is even better! Remember, today is a magnificent day to be happy!
